La violenza non ha mai fine se, anche dopo le denunce e l'allontanamento, resta in mano il potere di continuare a danneggiare chi è stato già danneggiato troppo...

Chiedo aiuto per sostenere una madre con le proprie figlie che stanno per essere private della propria casa in seguito ad uno sfratto imminente.

Dopo la denuncia di violenze ed il divorzio, purtroppo, la casa resta a nome di entrambi gli ex-coniugi e lui non vuole né cedere la sua parte né prendere la parte di lei. Alle spalle di tutto ciò tanta sofferenza, violenza psicologica ed un mutuo che in questa situazione porterà allo sfratto le donne che attualmente vivono nella casa di famiglia per ordine del tribunale.

Come spesso accade, dopo vicende di violenza domestica, gli espedienti per non pagare gli alimenti sono facili da trovare e chi cerca di ricostruirsi una vita deve fare i conti anche con difficoltà economiche importanti.

La mia richiesta di aiuto andrà a sostenere questa madre e le sue figlie nell'acquisto di una nuova casa con l'augurio che sia finalmente l'inizio di una nuova vita.

Losing home after a history of abuse.

Violence never truly ends when, even after reports and restraining orders, the power to keep harming those who have already suffered too much remains.

I am seeking support for a mother and her daughters, who are about to be evicted from their home due to an imminent eviction order.

Despite having reported abuse and gone through a divorce, the house, unfortunately, remains in both ex-spouses’ names.

The ex-husband refuses to either transfer his share to her or to buy out her share, leaving the woman trapped.

Behind this situation lies deep suffering, psychological abuse, and a mortgage that, under these circumstances, will lead to the eviction of the women currently living in the family home by court order.

As is often the case in situations following domestic violence, it is all too easy for the abuser to find ways to avoid paying alimony, leaving those trying to rebuild their lives burdened with significant financial hardships.

My request for help is to support this mother and her daughters in purchasing a new home, with the hope that this may finally mark the beginning of a better and new life for them.
