Rent and expenses while on medical leave from work

About two and a half weeks ago I started having trouble with pain in my right shoulder and arm. It was slowly getting worse so I went to the doctor because I couldn’t do anything without horrible pain. I received a prescription for Prednisone and a pain medication. The pain was still there and even with the pain killer it wasn’t going away enough for me to function, and the pain killer made it difficult to focus.

I was referred to the Spine and Shoulder specialists at my doctors practice, and they opted to do an MRI which revealed that the C6/7 and C5/6 are pinching the nerves that go down my right arm. Unfortunately I no longer have any paid time off to cover the time that this has taken me off work. I am off work until at least July 30th which means I will have 2 pay periods with no income coming in. 

In addition to the injury of my arm my cars tie rods are shot and it just hit 93,000 miles so it needs that work done on it.  This is work that was quoted at $3100 by a local garage 

I hate asking for help but so am swallowing my pride and asking you to please help if you can so I can make rent, and get my car fixed. I am truly in a bind and the anxiety it is causing me has me in a bit of a tailspin.
