WV PETS NEED YOUR HELP NOW
We’ve all seen images of the tragic losses suffered by victims of the flooding in southern West Virginia, but there’s another heart-breaking facet to the devastation: pets. Countless family pets have been separated from their owners and are in immediate need of shelter, food and clean water. Your help is needed to provide pet supplies such as crates, leashes, food, bowls, beds, etc.
Donations are being sought through this GoFundMe site set up by Morgantown breeder Adrianne Dering and Charleston businesswoman Diana Sole Walko. All donations will be used to purchase supplies for animal shelters in the affected areas. Donations can be made directly to Paws 4 WV at: www.gofundme.com/2bdjh8c.
A text-to-give option is also available. Text “Paws4WV" to 313131.
Paws for WV’s mission is to steeamline the process to provide food and supplies to local non-profits that desperately need our help. 100% of funds raised will go DIRECTLY to local needs in the affected counties.
We will be contacting manufacturers and wholesales to get donations and matching funds and will work hard to consolidate our resources to make the maximum impact with the funds we are given! We will then deliver supplies directly to the shelters based on published needs!
