Fundraiser for Pablo, helping hospital bills and recovery fund

As most of us know, we know Pablo from Mexico City and somewhere in the U.S. He’s been hanging out in the punk scene.

One week and a half ago Pablo got into an accident during his visit in Chicago. Pablo was skating at La Villita SkatePark and he crashed accidentally with a little kid riding a BMX. The hit was really hard and he suffered serious damage on his genitals. Pablo was taken immediately to ER for attention as soon as possible. The first hospital where he got attended sent him in an ambulance to another hospital, where there is a trauma specialist to fix this type of injury.

Pablo got surgery and stitches. He stayed in the hospital for two nights. The reason to give some help is because there’s a debt with two hospitals and an ambulance. Pablo can’t afford it. The help would be important for him, as a foreign person coming from another country, even more from Mexico.

Every person in the U.S. knows how fucked up the Medical Service is right here and how expensive it is.

Pablo does bike delivery working in Mexico and he’s not able to work for many months until he recovers. It’s really important to try to help him and try to give him the most you can donate and support.

Como la mayoría de nosotros sabemos, conocemos a Pablo de la Ciudad de México y de alguna parte en los Estados Unidos. Pablo ha estado conviviendo en la escena punk.

Hace una semana y media Pablo tuvo un accidente durante su visita a Chicago. Pablo estaba patinando en La Villita SkatePark e impactó contra un niño en BMX. El golpe fue muy duro y el daño a sus genitales fue serio. Pablo fue llevado inmediatamente a Urgencias para ser atendido lo más pronto posible. El primer hospital donde fue atendido lo tuvo que enviar en ambulancia a otro hospital donde había un especialista para atender este tipo de lesiones.

Pablo tuvo una cirugía y suturas, quedando en el hospital por dos noches. La razón por la cual se pide la ayuda es: porque hay una deuda con dos hospitales y una ambulancia. Pablo no puede pagar dicha cantidad. La ayuda es muy importante para él viniendo como extranjero y más viniendo de México.

Cada persona en los Estados Unidos sabe qué tan jodido es el sistema de salud aquí y qué tan caro es.

Pablo hace bicimensajeria en la Ciudad de México como trabajo. El no está en las mejores condiciones para poder trabajar por unos cuantos meses hasta que se recupere su salud. Entonces es muy importante intentar darle lo mas que se pueda donar y su apoyo.
