I have loved drinking coffee for as long as I can remember. What surprised me it how much I love making it for other people. So I left my job in real estate and went to work as a barista and eventually became the coffee bar manager and I loved it. The one thing I didn't like was being confined to one location while doing it. So, I have decided to merge my love of coffee, interacting with customers and driving into a new career.
I purchased a fed ex truck with the dream of converting it to a coffee truck (which is for sale), the red tape involved was beyond crazy making the process overwhelming and my dream out of reach. Recently the vision for my goal has changed, I found a trailer that is 100% complete making my dream much more obtainable. With this change actual startup is just on the horizon, my savings have gone towards research and the purchase of the trailer. As much as I hate to ask for help, here I am doing just that. I have a route mapped out, the skills and work ethic that will make this a success. Funds will go towards some modifications required to meet health department codes, permits, inventory and other small startup costs.
