Save Stella

Stella is a one-year-old Doberman who was recently rescued from an abusive home. Her new owner wants to give her the best life possible, but today she has to choose between letting Stella go or not being able to pay rent. They awoke this morning to uncontrollable vomiting and loss of motor skills.  After a visit to the emergency vet, a foreign body was found to be lodged in her small intestine. She has now gone into sepsis, making the surgery more than her owner can afford. The surgery and treatment is expected to cost approximately $8000 and the care plan only covers a small percentage.
