Oxford House Sober Living rent & utilities

Update: I can't believe all the support I have received. I thank all of you. I am now able to pay my move in fees and rent. I'm using the extra money raised to get current on some of our debts. Again the support has been overwhelming. I love you all.

Hello. My name is Sean Patrick Comeaux. I am an alcoholic with 62 days of sobriety. I recently completed 50 days at Victory Addiction Recovery Center in Lafayette, LA. While I wouldn’t change my journey for one second, it has left me in financial dire straits. Being out of work for two months and going through a very difficult divorce has compounded my issues.

I am currently a resident of Oxford House of Lafayette. It is a safe and sober environment that will allow me to stay in Lafayette, where the recovery community is the absolute best in the state. I also have been elected house manager. This will allow me to recruit new housemates and help them on their own journeys to sobriety.

This is really an embarrassing situation and if I could try to find another way I would. God bless you for any little thing you can do to help.
