Owen's Surgery Fund

If you know Owen, you know that he climbs mountains and teaches skiing and rides motorcycles. You may not know that he's done this through fighting cancer - twice - and with a kidney transplant. But mostly he does those things because he loves them. He's fierce on the slopes and a fierce advocate for other young cancer patients.

About a year ago, Owen had to put most of his life on hold because his kidney shut down as he waited and hoped for people willing to donate a life-saving kidney to him. 

A month ago, a donor was approved and the wheels were put in motion for a transplant surgery on November 15th. As part of the surgery, the kidney
donor and his wife will need to fly into and then stay in Seattle for a few weeks in order to prepare for and recover from the transplant. It’s an expensive stay and Owen would like to be able to cover their costs as they
are donating an unbelievably selfless, life-giving gift.
