Our much loved Village Cat needs Vet Treatment

Hi my name is Kirstie and I am raising money to help pay for vet treatment for our much loved village stray cat. Known by many villagers this old boy has no owner but has won the hearts of many with his grumpy, loveable character. He has recently turned up unable to weight his front leg at all. It is hanging down and we would like to take him to the vets to help him. When our own cat had a dislocated shoulder it cost us £1000. We are expecting a baby and just can't afford this ourselves. We would be forever grateful if folk could donate any amount at all (even £1 will help!) So we can get this poor boy back on his feet and pain free. He has no owner so he is going to be stuck like this/or will deteriate if no-one helps him.

Hi everyone, thankyou so so so much for your donations.

We attempted to catch sad eyes this morning but after getting him wrapped in a towel he escaped whilst trying to get him into the carrier. He stayed in the garden a little while but wouldn't let us approach him, then went. We will leave food out for him and hope he comes back soon. We're going to let him be for a day or so to build back some trust so that we can get close to him again. The vets have let us keep our appointment fee so we can call them and re book once we've caught him
