Victor Otanez has fought an aggressive Lymphoma for the past 6 months. His dear wife and wonderful daughters have been by his side throughout the battle. Doctors have exhausted their resources and his body can fight no more. This difficult time has taken an enormous emotional and financial toll on the family.
