Hello, I am reaching out today to help out Jessie. She has been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It has left her unable to work.

Once you have your diagnosis, there are many extra costs involved. There are things like new medications, physical therapies and the travel costs to and from the many medical appointments.
