Omaira's Immigration & Lawyer Fees

Hi friends and family- Omaira has walked a long, complicated path since 1996 with the US immigration system. She petitioned for green card consideration in 2001 and that window of time is finally being considered by USCIS for Mexican citizens. This next step will not be linear though. The office she applied to has closed since 2001, we are currently unable to find the application, it is not in her USCIS account, and we have gotten conflicting information from USCIS about the status of her petition to apply for a green card. She is likely facing a long and arduous journey as she seeks eligibility to apply for a green card through this petition. One that she will need a good lawyer for as well. I am setting this up to help her on this journey. By reaching the set goal she will be able to cover the cost of her green card application and some anticipated lawyer fees as well.
