My ALS needs

In April 2009, by the advice of my nuerosurgeon I had back surgery. (even though I never had the first pain in my back)  I had a previous surgery performed by this surgeon so I trusted the advice.  Well, after numerous neorologist  doctors in Dayton, Cleveland, the Cleveland Clinic, and OSU, I've been told that back surgery was not needed.  Since 2009, I should have been treated for ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease).   It has been a long, long, road. I'm to the point were I'm  immoble.  I would like to try and get a lift for my car so I can leave the house.  This has been very difficult for a person that went from an active life, working at my job that I've spent 30 years,  playing  golf, working in my yard and doing day to day activities, to avery limited activity.
I ask for your help so I can buy a lift for my car.
