Thank you for visiting our page. My brother-in-law, Bobby Liem, was in a freak accident while he and my sister were driving between jobs. He fell out of the car and has been unconscious since Tuesday at 10:30 am (the time of the incident). He was airlifted to a nearby hospital right away. He had a traumatic brain injury. His physical condition and CT scans show that he is suffering from cerebral edema, hemorrhagic contusion (bruising), and subarachnoid hemorrhagic bleeding. The neurosurgeons are concentrating on keeping the intracranial pressure low so that his brain won't herniate (squeeze down his spine). If the medication and draining don't keep this pressure low, they will perform decompressive craniectomy (removing a part of the skull).

Bobby and Mai are always the first people to offer help to others when they are in need and their constant selflessness has positively impacted our lives in many ways. They are always helping out our elderly parents and taking care of our family. Bobby was the first to volunteer to dress as Santa for our family and read books to the kids. Bobby always held two jobs to support his family. When I had my first child, in October of 2013, Bobby and Mai came over almost every day within the first few weeks to help me learn the in’s and out’s of being a parent. Bobby and Mai are always helping us in times of need, and now we want to help them by giving back and helping out with the costs of the medical bills.
