Courtney Dale’s medical expenses

Courtney Dale was in a near death car accident on March 3rd. She was ejected from the car and has life changing injuries. She has two beautiful daughters , ages 4 and 2. She will undergo extensive surgeries and long hospital stays on top of physical therapy while trying to recover.
