Hailyn's Specialized Medical Care

Hey friends, a lot of you know what's going on with Hailyn but for those that may not, here is a little back story (the short version). About 6 weeks ago, our little miracle baby,  Hailyn, 2lb preemie, now 14 months, began throwing everything up, quickly became dehydrated and has been hospitalized every since. She is currently at OU Children's Hospital under the care of the GI team.  She has been put through the ringer when it comes to tests and procedures. They have tried everything and they still can not figure it out. They have had theories but nothing that has panned out. They have tried medications, feeding tubes, any which way u can think of, and she still can not tolerate any feeds. We've been in the hospital for 6 weeks and are no closer to finding out what is wrong with her and no closer to going home.  We are in contact with the Mayo Clinic, in Minnesota and are waiting to get her into their  Areo Digestive Unit, that specializes and only deals with these issues in kids. This has been such a huge burden mentally, emotionally, physically and financially. Please keep our little angel in your prayers, she has been through far too much already in her little life  and help us get her to the Mayo Clinic, so we can get her well, and get back home to our little family.
