For many decades now DLEA has been the hope of a better life and of life eternal for thousands of people, especially those who are trapped in the prison of poverty, filth and disease. Scores of teams have gone with us along with funds given from the heart of God's people to help transform the lives of little families such as this from hopelessness to a glimmer of hope that life can be better for them and their children.
A scripture that drives my life day in and day out is this: "By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth." (I John 3:16-18) Let's do this though the love of Christ in us, what do you say?
