Baby Layne

Hi, my name is Hannah Clampitt and I am a friend of the Baker family! I am starting this GoFundMe to help the family with medical expenses for sweet baby Layne. He is currently in the PICU at Brenner Children’s Hospital in Winston, NC. Please pray for healing for this sweet boy and for his family ♥️

Unfortunately, our sweet baby boy is still so sick. We were moved to the PICU today and we are getting lots of tests run still, but we don’t have many answers besides the Covid seems to really be taking a toll on his little body. Please, please continue to pray. We need all the prayers we can get! We need this little boy to get better so we can take him home!

If you haven't heard through the grapevine, this has been our situation the last few days. Layne is currently in intermediate care at Baptist with multiple issues from possible seizures, feeding problems, and covid to top it off. They are performing a spinal tap now to rule out any other potential issues, but until then, we are just waiting for some positive news after 2 days of steady decline. We are frustrated and exhausted but hopeful to see it turn around. This boy has had the worst start to life we can think of, and we need everyone's prayers to get him through!
