Gaza Family of 10 Urgently Needs Help to Escape War

Donation protected
Welcome everyone,
I am engineer Ahmed Elghazali
I work at Al-Azhar University in Gaza and I used to live a life where I was able to build a decent life and grow in my career, but in recent months my life has become difficult and full of anxiety, fear and hunger, as life in Gaza has become non-existent.

Before the war, my family and I were living a comfortable life, and each of us had his own dreams and work, but since October 7, our lives have been turned upside down, as we were displaced from their home from the first day, and the house was destroyed. We left under bombing and fire. We left their homes in the south with nothing and no destination, and since that day we have been struggling to get anything. In accordance with the necessities of life, we moved more than five times, moving from one place to another to escape death.

My father rashad elghazali and his family consist of 11 people. His business, which had been a source of livelihood for him for more than 30 years, was destroyed. imagine, after years of fatigue and work, everything disappears within seconds and become sashed.

My father is suffering from high blood pressure, as there are no medications available in pharmacies, and this threatens her life. In danger, even hospitals lack the minimum resources for resuscitation.

My wedding was at the Almathaf Hotel on October 14, and I was impatiently waiting for this day. Imagine how difficult it is. My wedding was suddenly postponed after I had prepared everything, prepared my apartment, and bought all the furniture. Unfortunately, the Almathaf Hotel was completely destroyed, and my apartment was severely damaged.

My workplace was also completely destroyed, unfortunately, and we have been without any source of income for more than 5 months, as I was working as a programmer at Al-Azhar University in Gaza.

My mother, Mona Al-Ghazali, suffers from thyroid hormone disorders due to the lack of medications in pharmacies, and this threatens her life. At risk, even hospitals lack the minimum resources needed for resuscitation.

There are also water cysts inside the leg bone, about 9 cm long. Attached is an x-ray and medical report.

Her condition requires continuous follow-up by doctors, and we do not have any doctors anymore

My brother, engineer Muhammad elghazali (34 years old), married, his house was also damaged, and his wife, Donia Bseiso, lost his source of livelihood, and the occupation destroyed his workplace (Al-Azhar University, Gaza). She also has a 4-year-old daughter, Masa Al-Ghazali, who lost her year of kindergarten.

They also have a young child (less than two years old), Rashad elghazali, where milk is not available for the child, and if it is available, it is at exorbitant prices, and there are no clothes for him, and he cannot obtain vaccination either. There are no pampers or any treatments yet. Imagine that the simplest things do not exist in Gaza.

My sister, Shahd elghazali (26 years old), is married to Hazem Dukhan. Their house was also bombed and their car was destroyed. Hazem lost his workplace (Fusion Internet Company) and has been without any source of livelihood for more than 5 months.

Their son, Karim Dukhan (two years old), is exposed to very difficult circumstances. There is no food, medication, or milk. He wishes to eat a piece of chocolate, but unfortunately it has not been there for 5 months. He is unable to play or go about his life due to extreme fear of any sound that occurs as a result of the difficult days he lived. Under hours and days of hearing the sounds of violent explosions.

A picture of my family. We loved life and throwing parties.

We are currently struggling to stay safe and secure with basic living necessities. We decided to start a GoFundMe campaign to support them so we can get out of Gaza and save our lives.

I am here to ask for help from many with big hearts to help my family flee the war zone in Gaza to safely reach Egypt

Your contributions would help fund the $42,500 ($5,000 for an adult and $2,500 for those younger than 16) to cover the expenses to obtain permits and crossing fees to evacuate Gaza through the Rafah-Egypt crossing.

I would like to help us provide us with good living conditions in Egypt and some of the treatment expenses
