Help Nolan Fight Cancer

Hello everyone,

We are reaching out to ask for your love and support for Nolan – a rock star of a 7-year-old and our dear friends' son. Nolan had been experiencing inexplainable back pain for some months, and doctors ultimately discovered lesions and a fractured vertebra on his spine. Earlier this week, he was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma.

Nolan is a happy, energetic, and loving kid. He enjoys swimming, camping, playing video games, snuggling with his Squishmallows, and spending time on the beach with his big sister, Natalie.

While his parents, Nathan and Jenn, have gotten some answers about Nolan's illness, the doctors are performing more tests to get a complete picture and formulate a treatment plan. Nolan has already begun some treatment at Oakland's Kaiser Hospital and will need to spend quite a bit of time there. Needless to say, the road ahead is going to be long and challenging for Nolan and his family. Our hope is to rally around all of them so they can focus on getting Nolan back to full health. We have set up this GoFundMe to help with medical bills, any grocery needs, and household and commuting expenses. In particular, Nolan's family lives far from the hospital, and it would be wonderful if they could stay in or near Oakland as much as possible during this difficult time.

Any contribution will make a huge difference in their lives, allowing Nolan to focus on his recovery and his parents to devote their time and energy to his healing, without having to worry about how the bills are going to get paid.
