Support for Nigel’s emergency surgery

Dear friends of Nigel.

 

My name is Emma, daughter of Nigel Shanley. Many of you who know my dad, Nigel, are aware of his selflessness—he often puts the well-being of others, especially animals, before his own. Whether it's raising funds or helping those less fortunate, he's always there to lend a hand.

Unfortunately, I’m reaching out with some difficult news. A few days ago, my dad was in a serious accident that required emergency surgery. His foot was completely shattered, and it took the surgeon hours to rebuild it. Thankfully, he is now home from the hospital, grateful to have his foot and beginning the road to recovery.

However, he’s now facing a significant medical bill of $15,000 USD, which he is not able to cover. My dad is incredibly proud and would never ask for help himself, so I’m asking on his behalf. If you’re able to extend the same kindness that he so often shows to others, it would mean the world to him—and to all of us.

Any contributions, no matter how small, would be immensely appreciated and will go directly towards covering his medical bills.
