I’m Nic Gray and I’m doing a 12,000FT Skydive on 28th November to raise vital funding for Hailsham & East Sussex ADHD Support CIC.

Hailsham & East Sussex ADHD Support CIC is a non-profit organisation providing free or low cost support for neurodivergent adults.

Founded by ADHD coach Nic Gray, the CIC was created to address the lack of accessible, local support for adults navigating ADHD, whether diagnosed or self-identified.

Through monthly in-person support groups, practical guidance, and community connection, the organisation aims to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and empower individuals with tools to better manage everyday life.

The CIC is actively seeking funding and grant opportunities to expand its services, with plans to offer 1:1 coaching, counselling, workshops, and structured support programmes to reach more individuals across the community.
