Puppy's orthopedic surgery

My name is Alex and this is my little man, Nice Guy Eddie (16 months.) He came to be very bow legged and with an arched back. I took him in for x-rays and the vet was shocked with what he saw. He referred me to a specialist who took x-rays with size markers and he said this was the worst case of knee issues he's ever seen in his career and it was probably caused by trauma. (Most likely a bad jump while the bones were still forming.) Normally he could perform this routine surgery with his eyes closed but since his are so bad, he will need to plan and measure precise cuts for his bones to help him live a decent quality of life. I hate to do this, but I he needs help. I need help. Please, anything will be greatly appreciated.
