You might have previously known us as the SkillBridge Foundation. While our name has evolved to AbAlign Foundation, our mission remains unchanged: creating pathways to opportunity for persons with disabilities, starting in Ghana with a vision to scale across Africa.

Our inspiration comes from a brilliant young boy in a rural Ghanaian village who topped his class, yet was later found selling sweets on the street not from a lack of talent, but a lack of access. Across Africa, millions face these same systemic barriers. We believe disability should never determine destiny.

We are not building a charity. We are building opportunities.
