New van required for Gloucester Feed The Hungry.

Hi, my name is Hash Norat and founder of Gloucester Feed The Hungry CIC. We currently have a community coffee shop in the city of Gloucester supporting everyone during these difficult economic times.

With 5 hot food programme's a week, a full time food bank, clothes bank and toiletries bank.

We work closely with Age UK, social services, social prescribers, Gloucester Royal Hospital, Nelson Trust Women's Center and plan to start a project with the community police soon.

We will soon be taking delivery of a food trailer that will be used to provide food programme's across Gloucestershire.

We need your help to raise funds towards the purchase of a larger van. Our current vehicle is not fit for purpose and often we need to make several journeys instead of one.

I plan to walk 100km over 5 working days, yes work too. I was attacked by 3 individuals and hurt quite badly around 8 years ago. This led me to have a knee operation removing all the cartilage in my right knee. Knee pain is normal but I will put myself through this to ensure we as a team deliver on all we stand for:
