Needs open heart possibly a new heart

Hi name is Jerrica and i have server Congestive heart failure been living on a mechanical life support device for almost 3 years. Thursday February 2nd it threw a blood clot and it can cause the pump to stop. They basically are telling that my pump could stop at anytime but the are not will to chancetaking rhe pump out even though i know the risk of only having a 50/50 chance buy i am willing to take it. And also the same day my car messed up on us on the way to the er in Birmingham. My husband is having to miss work being here with me but he is going to have to go back to work. the gas and food is hard to pay for if you dont have the money. But any little bit will help.
