On July 7, 2014 this beautiful teenage girl went from spending time with family and freinds at the beach to being admitted to the hospital with a serious blood cancer on the same evening. She was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and spent the next five months in the Children's Hospital at the Medical University of South Carolina. She started chemotherapy immediately and began a long hard road of treatments including surgeries, painful procedures, and extensive vists to the ICU. The chemo induced heart, lung, skin, and nerve issues created multiple complications that rocked Elizabeth's  world and has made her 16th year and  Junior year of high school incredibly difficult for her and her family.

While Elizabeth continues her fight to battle this illness, her parents (Freddy and Niko) and brother (Christopher) have dedicated their lives to supporting her.  They need everyone's support!
