As many of you know, our friend Nathan was in a motorcycle accident on Friday September 21st.  He was on his way to the lake place to shut it down for the season, when he hit a deer just outside of Pelican Rapids, MN.  No one is exactly sure of the events, but he is currently in the ICU at Essentia Hospital, in Fargo.  Nate’s nose was broken and he fractured his jaw.  Many of his other scrapes and bruises are healing and most of his stitches should be coming out within a couple weeks.  He was very lucky to not be more seriously injured and seems to be doing better each time I see him.    

With that being said, Nate has a long road of physical therapy ahead of him, as there does appear to be some neurological concerns.  Hopefully within the next week, he will be released to Craig’s Hospital in Englewood, Co, where he could be for up to 90 days.  His parents have been in Fargo, to help Nate with what they can, but his expenses and medical bills are going to be extensive.  I will try to keep everyone updated on how he is progressing.  Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
