Thank you for visiting my cause! I am trying to put together a small gym at ICE so I can train the athletes at Intensity Cheer Elite. I put up a post on facebook for any equipment people weren't using anymore and I got a great response people donated treadmills, weights, bars and some other equipment. I made some plyo boxes and am using some of my own equipment as well. Unfortunately I have tapped out my resources and can't afford the equipment needed to finish putting together a basic set up for my gym to train the athletes. Cheerleading is very demanding on the body and requires a lot of core strength and stability to preform elite tumbling and stunting, and most importantly TRUST. I want the athletes at ICE to be able to execute their skills with strength not being a problem so they can concentrate on bigger and harder stunts. The first step for this is preparing the body. I don't normally ask for help but this isn't for me. Thank you for helping me reach my goal so I can continue helping these elite athletes.
