CF is a terrible disease

Please help our family fight CF for my beautiful niece Camille.  She is on the right in the photo.  This picture shows a little smile indicating that she still has some fight left in her.  She was diagnosed at 3 months old with CF.  She has struggled and fought her whole life.  She is now 24 years old and fighting to stay alive as she is down to around 80 pounds.   We are in the process of trying to get her from CT to NY so she may be able to stay with her mom and her family for the remainder of her time.  I am asking anyone to please consider making a donation so we may be able to travel, have lodging and other expenses we may incur while being by our niece's side.  Part of our family lives out of town and this would make it that much easier to get there and stay there until the end.  Also she does not have life insurance so any money not used would also go towards her after life care.  This is a terrible disease and a tough one to fight.  Please Share this and help in any way possible.
