Pastor Andrev Baltazar and his aunt Joy Baltazar are in the Philippines right now to visit his/her ailing grandfather/father, Antonio Baltazar.
Pastor Andrev's grandfather raised him.
He's been in the hospital for over a month due to lung complications. We learned that they are in need of financial help to pay his medical expenses. Currently, they need to pay at least half of the hospital bills to discharge him.
