Would you like to join me in supporting a good cause?

I'm raising money for Prostate Cancer UK and I'm cycling in memory of my brother in law, Jan who sadly passed away earlier this year from prostrate cancer. Also for my father, James (Jimmy). Both bravely faced and died from this awful disease.

This charity cancer cycle, arranged by Sir Chris Hoy and called 'Tour de 4' is taking place on Sunday 7th September. There are 4 different cycling routes available and I'm going to be doing the Blue Route which is 60kms (elevation gain is 1775 ft - help!). If you are able to make a contribution, however small, it will be much appreciated. Your help will support research into earlier diagnosis and faster access to appropriate treatment for those suffering from this condition.
