My Mom is Facing Covid Issues and Eviction

I believe this is my second time creating a GoFundMe. I usually try to do everything I can to make it on my own but this year has started off with a breaking point I wasn’t ready to take on myself.

My name is Jarell Green. My brother’s name is Alvis Green Jr. And my mother’s name is Deborah Green. My mom has been my hero for my entire life. She has been a model human being and a giver for my entire life. I could fill a book with all of the times she has told me about the connections she made with her friends and family as well as the strangers she goes out of her way to help in the most random of encounters.

My mom contracted Covid before New Years Eve, and her health has been challenged. She has suffered through low sodium and other medical issues I just found out about the day before I wrote this. Now she is suffering from short term memory loss and it’s hard for her to focus on day-to-day tasks.

I have been taking care of her, but we are now in a process of being evicted from our home before the month is over. I have exhausted every option available but nothing has stuck. I am a full time student who is about to graduate this June, so my ability to keep everything together has been stretched to the limit and I am losing hope. This money would help us secure a place we have already visited while getting us out of the hole we are in with our current landlord. My father, Alvis Green Sr., passed away last March and was the one who helped my mom pay rent.

This may be my last hope. I don’t know what else to do, The timing of this situation have caught us at our worst, so any amount that can be donated would be greatly appreciated and helpful. If you can’t donate, hopefully you can share this with family or loved ones. Thank you all so much.
