my dear friend, Rob McClain, is battling cancer

Hello, My name is Whit Hubner and I set this up for my dear friend Rob McClain. Rob is the brilliant mind and ears behind the OmegaLab, Mando Blues, Beta Lab, The Mando Blues Show, Limelight and countless recording sessions and live events. In November of last year (2022) Rob got some tests done and heard the words no-one wants to hear. Cancer. The photo above was taken December 13, 2022 when we first met with the cancer surgeon. For someone that is so careful about what they put in their body, all of a sudden Rob was faced with months of chemo and radiation. He has made it to the other side of that now and is about to face surgery. Needless to say it has been months since he could work and the bills are stacking up tremendously. Rob has done so much for the community with his studio labs, live event production and creative thinking. I hope some of that love and kindness will come back to him now.
