My CAMERA BAG was STOLEN from my CAR

Hey guys,
Marlon here but most of you know me as @HighTopBully on instagram. As many of you know I am a Videographer, Photographer and Graphic Designer based in Los Angeles, CA.
I have been working for myself as a passionate freelance videographer/photographer for the past 15 years. Having had the opportunity to work along side some of entertainments biggest stars to helping up and coming musicians, actors, and models of all sorts achieve some of their goals and dreams through my lens.
So.....here's where i need your help.
On this day July 25th 3:30pm i was shooting some BTS (Behind The Scenes) on a photoshoot in West Hollywood, CA. I was about 120 feet from my Vehicle and needed to go grab a battery for the current camera that i was using. I approached my car as usual, unlocking the trunk with my car key and upon opening the trunk a automatically noticed my camera bag was missing. I closed the trunk and re-opened it just to make sure i wasn't dreaming.
Im still unsure how they got into my trunk, so the first thing i did was checking the businesses nearby to see if they had security cameras facing the direction of where my vehicle was located to possibly see who did this crime to me.
In so many ways i wanted to just give up and throw the towel in and just get a regular job. I never, in a million years would have thought this would happen to me. I made a post on instagram and facebook telling my followers and friends about the incident, some reposted and shared it.
It honestly made me happy to see that others cared about me and wanted to help. After a few hours dozens and dozens of people began to share my post. Some, people I’ve never even met . All this made me realize there’s no way I’m going to stop doing what i love. Somehow I needed to get back on my feet and figure this out.
After talking to a handful of others about what I should do, a few mentioned I should start a gofundme. I hate asking for things but even if it’s just a signal boost on instagram to help share my story or to help someone else avoid what I’m going through in the future that’s still very helpful.
I’m going to make a goal of $5000 to help me get back what I lost in which for the camera you see in the picture above, (IM STILL PAYING FOR THIS) as it was just purchased this month. I don’t have a 9-5 with a check coming in every week or so and I usually invest any extra earnings directly into my equipment. Until then I may not be able to fully do any productions until i recoup what i lost.
Thank you all for your support
I can’t wait to continue to do what I love and keep making awesome videos, and photos for you guys.
P.S.
