My battle against melanoma skin cancer

Hello my name is Joshua Gonzalez I am 34 years old I had a mole on my back that my wife noticed was growing I went to the doctor last month and they biopsied it and discovered that it was melanoma it's large enough that they're going to have to do a wide local excision and Sentinel node biopsy on July 12th I am asking for help if anyone can please help I've never had a surgery before in my life and my job does not have PTO and I'm going to be out of work for a while anything will help
