Murphy is the beloved Red Golden Retriever of Sister Christina and the Saint Francis Center in Redwood City. The St. Francis  Center serves families and provides a quality education and after-school program to the children of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks. Sister Christina has worked tirelessly to ensure working families have access to food and affordable housing on the Peninsula. 

Murphy, the school's mascot, has a tumor that must be removed. Sister Christina has served the people in the community without question or judgment for over 15 years, and it's time that we give back a portion of what she's brought to the Bay Area. A local vet has committed to performing the surgery at cost; we just need to commit to support Murphy and Sister Christina to get it done.
