My Father's Funeral Fund

My father, Patrick Murphy, passed away unexpectedly today (11/28/2014). He was diagnosed with colon cancer less than a week ago. My family and I were preparing for his long battle with cancer. Within a few days, he ended up in the hospital and then 24 hours later, he passed. My father died without any savings and very few personal possessions or life insurance. My brother, sister and I are now trying to figure out how to pay for a funeral that we were not prepared for. 

My father lived most of his life as an alcoholic. Three years ago, he decided to stop drinking and become a better father and person. It was something we had wanted for decades and we were enjoying his new life along with him. 

We are trying anyway we can to help pay for his funeral. Any amount of money will help, even change. Please help lessen this finacial burden while we deal with our emotional burden. Thank you very much.
