Moving expenses for Cali to Pennsylvania

I'm moving to Pennsylvania after a failed attempt to live in California. I've done this before when I moved from Florida to California and it was a struggle that took years off my life. I have three cats that would all benefit from a better location and air quality. Any assistance would be appreciated to make the effort somewhat more bearable and feasible.
