Morgan needs your help

Almost 16 years ago, I was given the best birthday present that I've ever received. After years of believing that I could not have children, I was blessed with the birth of my daughter, Morgan.
Since day one, there hasn't been anything that I wouldn't do for my child.
Less than a year ago, we discovered that due to a rare genetic mutation, Morgan has juvenile ALS Lou Gehrig's disease. Saying we were devastated would be a gross understatement.
Morgan is 15 years old and is the most loving, kind soul you'll ever meet. She's smart kind, loving funny and a true blessing to my life.
Being a single parent has made for some very challenging times in my life but I pressed on trying my best to create a happy , loving environment for Morgan.
I've never asked for or received government assistance. This diagnosis has made me realize that as a strong as I may seem I can't do this on my own,
We are asking for donations so that we can move to a single story home and also have my vehicle customized to accommodate her wheel chair and have a wheelchair carrier added to my car.
Right now we live in a second story apartment which is hard on Morgan, she currently has a loaner wheelchair that she uses while we wait for insurance approval to have hers custom made.
Because we're on the 2nd floor we have to leave her wheelchair in the garage which she then has to go to in order to get it for school.
I'm hoping and praying that we can get the help we need so that we can allow Morgan more independence and keep her from having to go up and down the stairs.
Morgan's conditions is extremely rare so we have no prognosis at this time. I would give my life for my girl and want so badly to fix this.
