Morgan Family Memorial Bench

Robert Morgan's (IBWHS science teacher and alum) father's commercial fishing vessel sank while he was out at sea this past Saturday. The coast guard received a mayday call from the boat on Saturday around 12:00am. The coast guard called off the search for Robert's dad on Monday, March 28th.

 

We spoke with Robert to offer our support and learned that he would love to purchase a bench in honor of his father, a well-known salmon and tuna fisherman in Newport for decades. This bench will be placed in Newport for friends and family to remember Mike Morgan.
