Approximately 2 weeks ago Linda Martinez and her husband Jesus Moreno received a phone call from their 4 year old daughter's teacher. The teacher said she was concerned because Ashley kept falling down at school and was worried it was a safety risk. The weekend of March 9th, Linda noticed that Ashley was stumbling as she walked. On Monday March 11th Ashley was taken to the Emergency Room at Kaiser's San Diego Medical Center where a CT Scan was done and the doctors found a tumor on her brain stem. Ashley was then transported to Kaiser Los Angeles Medical Center and is in the Pediatrics ICU. A biopsy of the tumor was completed and Jesus and Linda are awaiting the results at the end of this week. March 18th Ashley was rushed into emergency surgery to place a shunt in her head to drain excess fluid that has been building in her brain. 
Jesus and Linda both work full time in security and since March 11th the have been on Medical leave as they care for their baby girl. They are the parent's to 5 beautiful children (ages 4, 5,  2 are 15 year old, and 17) who depend on both of them. They are not sure when they will be returning to work. They shouldn't have to worry about anything right now besides being by their daughter's side. Please help them out during this unexpected medical emergency. Every cent counts! Thank you
