Monserrat's Hip Dysplasia surgery

Hi, I am Lorena, and I am Monserrat's (Monse's) oldest cousin.
My baby cousin recently turned 2 years old and was diagnosed with hip dysplacia early September of this year. The doctors told my aunt that because of her condition, Monse would need to have surgery. Unfortunately, her condition is so advanced that doctors said Monse would need to undergo surgery multiple times as she grew older (depending on how fast she grows). My aunt Chayo and uncle Oscar, Monse's parents, work really hard to provide for their family, but need help to be able to afford their little girl's surgery.
Monse has been and still is a very active girl. She loves to play with our little cousin, Caty; she enjoys singing songs to Frozen, and she is a very avid dancer. However, because of her hip dysplacia, she has not been able to play too much anymore and keeps falling over because she no longer has enough strength to support her own weight. She often wakes up in the middle of the night crying from the pain she feels after a full day of playing and running around. Without this surgery, her leg will not be able to fully develop.
It would mean so much to our family if you could help my little cousin's parents afford her surgery, any amount would mean the world to us and to Monse. She is a very smart and beautiful child with so much ahead of her. We hope that after her surgery she will be able to do everything any child should be able to do. With this said, we understand that the healing process will be long and that she will need more surgeries as she gets older. We are really hopeful and we appreciate any donations and prayers.

Hola, yo soy Lorena, la prima mayor de Monserrat (Monse).
Mi primita tiene 2 añitos y ha sido diagnosticada con la condición, luxación congénita de cadera. En Septiembre de este año los doctores le han dicho a mi tía que a causa de la condición, Monse necesitará cirugía. Desafortunadamente, su condición es tan avanzada que los doctores creen que tendrá que tener multiples cirugías dependiendo como Monse valla creciendo. Mi tía Chayo y mi tío Oscar, los papas de Monserrat, trabajan duro para proveer para su familia, pero necesitan ayuda para poder cubrir los costos medicos de su niña.
Monse ha sido y sigue siendo una niña muy activa. Le encanta jugar con nuestra primita, Caty; le gusta cantar las canciones de la película Frozen, y es una gran bailadora. Sin embargo, por su condición, ella no ha podido jugar como todos los niños porque ella pierde la fuerza de su pierna y se cae mucho. Ella se despierta seguido a media noche llorando por el dolor que siente en su cadera y su pierna después de jugar y correr en el día. Sin la cirugía, su pierna no podrá desarrollarse.
Significaría mucho para nosotros si usted podría ayudar a mis tíos y a Monse a pagar su cirugía. Cualquier cantidad se les agradece de todo corazón. Monse es una niña muy inteligente y hermosa y tiene toda su vida por delante.
Nosotros esperamos que su cirugía sera exitosa, primero Dios y con las oraciones de todos ustedes Monse podrá hacer todo lo que los demás niños pueden hacer. Con esto dicho, nosotros entendemos que el proceso curativo sera duro para Monse, y mis tíos ya que necesitara mas cirugías como valla creciendo. Sin embargo, tenemos todas las esperanzas en Dios de que ella saldrá bien.
