I am raising funds for my cousin, CH GRS HARINI.

Harini has been fighting for her life by birth. Doctors said it’s a baby girl but with a few complications. They said, she’s born with a lump in the spine and if it's not removed, it may affect her brain and might also paralyze her lower body. She had to undergo surgery. She was just 23 days old. 

We agreed for the surgery, hoping that she will be completely fine after that. But it was different. Though it didn’t affect her brain, her lower body lost sensation and was paralyzed. She couldn’t move. We decided to give her even more love.

While she was growing, we had to carry her to places and that’s how she went to school. She was preparing to write her 10th class board exams when she suddenly experienced unbearable pain in her back. We approached many orthopedic doctors. But no one was able to relieve her from pain. One of the doctors diagnosed her problem and said, the urinary tract has infected severely and that is causing thee pain. He suggested us to go to a urologist. We contacted Hyderabad Kidney & Laparoscopic Center- Malakpet, Hyderabad where we got to know that BOTH OF HER KIDNEYS FAILED due to Urinal Infection.

She is on continuous dialysis since then and it needs to be done till death. My family spent more than our limit for her treatment. My uncle works in a small private company for a very meager wage.

The family is doing all it can for her treatment. It costs at least $10,000 every year towards her medical expenses.
