Debbie Jones' Heart Transplant

This is my lovely mom Debbie Jones. She's a beloved mother of three, grandmother of five, as well as a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and member of her community. 

We're currently in the process of preparing for a heart transplant in the near future. Her on-going health issues have been a part of our lives for many years—with a massive heart attack in 2002 and a defibrillator implanted in 2010, her heart is just no longer capable of working well on its own. However, this procedure could shift things for the better! Still, our family needs help funding such a critical, expensive surgery. The doctors seem confident in her ability to recieve a transplate once a donor is avaliable, and her family and friends all know Debbie to be a survivor, so we ask you to believe in her as well. 

Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated as they will help financially alleviate her accruing medical costs. Prayers and kind thoughts are also welcome.
