Our current mission:
We have an upcoming elk, deer, and antelope hunt scheduled in Montana for our Veterans the 21st through the 28th of October! Our goal is to take four combat experienced Veterans and four Purple Heart recipients on this once in a lifetime adventure. With the healing comes camaraderie and Veterans helping Veterans conquer their daily struggles through the great outdoors. Because we want to give them the best experience possible and cover all costs of travel, tags, food, and lodging- we need your help! This is more than a hunt, It's an unforgettable opportunity that will provide healing and adventure for those who have sacrificed for our freedom!
Mohawk Outdoors is a 501(c)(3) with a mission to heal combat Veterans through the great outdoors by incorporating hunting, fishing, camping, survival activities and much more. We are a community for people who love the outdoors and want to help our combat/ wounded veterans. We are a small team of veterans, caregivers, and patriotic Americans that want to see the suicide rates of our fellow veterans decrease from the current 22 a day. We've personally seen how these adventures can leave a positive impact on veteran's lives and we want to provide similar opportunities to others who may benefit. It's not just about the hunt, it's about the brotherhoods we are forming across the United States. To be able to help these veterans we need help to fund these outdoor activities. The money would help expenses such as travel, hunting fees, gear, etc... We are so thankful for the opportunity to be able to improve the lives of veterans. Your support is greatly appreciated!
