Hello friends and family!
As some of you may know, I have been preparing to become a medical student since high school. I am currently finishing up my Junior year at Cornell University, and I will soon begin my process of applying to medical schools and flying to interviews.
This past year has been financially challenging as I had to become my own primary provider, and I am hoping that you all, my friends and family, will be willing to help me work towards my goal of getting into a medical school.
Just some insight into the process I will soon be taking on:
1 primary application costs between $40-$60
1 secondary application costs between $80-$100
1 average round-trip flight from Ithaca, New York costs ~$600
Everything starts with just $1 stepping stones
I am hoping to apply to all 13 Texas medical schools, and some reach schools such as Cornell, NYU, and Johns Hopkins.
With your support, I can become the Emergency Department Attending I have always dreamed of becoming.
This is a very humbling experience. Nevertheless, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all donations of any amount, as every dollar will contribute to reaching my goals.
