Missed time for Surgery

I am scheduled tomorrow for the coiling of one of the two Aneurysyms and I will be missing time from work and I no longer have any paid time off.  The recovery time is going to be at least 5 days.  My 2nd surgery will be about 4 weeks later (on or about my Birthday) and then again I will be missing the same amount of time, unpaid from work.   

I am so stressed about the surgeries and then compounded with finances it has really worked me over.  Any help will so greatly be appreciated.
