Miracle in the Air - Giving Wings to Baby Aisha

Baby Miracle Aisha was born in the sky midflight on Qatar Airways enroute to Uganda, delivered by myself, a travel doctor from Canada who happened to be in the right place at the right time. Her mother, a migrant worker, was flying home to Uganda after working hard and tirelessly as a maid in Saudi Arabia. She was not able to afford or receive any prenatal care while there. Baby Miracle Aisha has had her ups and downs this year, even recovered from malaria, but overall is doing well since her grand entrance into this world 35000ft flying high above the Nile. The story of Baby Aisha’s debut into this world has brought so much happiness and joy around the globe during difficult times. Let’s give her a chance of a better and beautiful life, filled with hopes and dreams, so that she can surpass the clouds and someday reach the stars.
