Miles The Wire Fox Terrier Surgery Support

Miles, my sweet fuzzy companion and I are in need of some help. Recently we discovered a lump in Miles neck that appeared to be growing quickly. We have spent the last few weeks going though diagnostic tests to evaluate the situation and come up with the best treatment plan for him. We are working with an amazing veterinary surgical and oncology specialist and have been given the green light for surgery next week. With that comes the challenge of funding this surgery and aftercare. I have tapped into my financial resources and also have been fortunate to receive a grant that will cover a good portion of the surgery bill. This leaves me closer to our total but not quite all the way there. The Fox Terrier community is a strong one and with encouragement I have started this fundraiser to help us get there.

Miles is a special dog that came into my life when I needed him the most. I adopted him 3 years ago and made commitment to give him the best life possible. Miles has definitely changed my life for the better, he was there for me when I suffered a brain hemorrhage a couple of years ago and I am eternally grateful for this little guy. He is sweet and gentle, and the best snuggle bug. Now it’s my turn to be there for him.
